Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine,
softened
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup matzo cake meal
1/2 cup cocoa
1/3 cup potato starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
Powdered sugar

Brownies For Passover
Preparation
Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually
add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating until blended after
each addition. Add next 7 ingredients; stir well.
Spoon into a greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center
comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack; cut into squares. Sprinkle with
powdered sugar, if desired.
