Exodus 28:2 states, "You shall make holy garments for Aaron. The high priest had
eight special pieces of clothing which he was to wear. We are given all the details
of these garments Aaron is to wear while he ministers. One of the pieces Aaron
was to wear was the gold plate on the front of the turban inscribed with,
"consecrated to Yaweh." As believers, and the Bride of Messiah our appearance
should also declare that we are consecrated to G-d. Each one of us is to be a
priest, for the Scriptures tell us we are a holy priesthood. We need to live our lives
in faithful service to G-d, the Creator. Because of our belief in Yeshua as our
redeemer, and through the power of the Ruach Hakodesh (Holy Spirit) living in us,
our lives should reflect the living G-d we serve. When the Ruach lives in you, it will
draw all men unto Yeshua the Messiah.
